To help us investigate a technical problem, please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS or watchOS version
- Your DOC app version
- A brief description of what happened
- The approximate date and time the problem occurred
Do not send patient names, protected health information, or screenshots containing patient information.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Account deletion is available through DOC's in-app Delete Account action.

Notifications and Live Activities
Notification and Live Activity delivery can be affected by membership status, duty status, internet connectivity, device permissions, Focus modes, Silent Mode, battery state, Apple services, and other device settings.
If alerts are not appearing as expected, confirm that:
- You are signed in to the intended DOC account and office
- Your office membership is active and enabled
- Your duty status is set appropriately
- Notifications and Live Activities are enabled for DOC
- Your device has an active internet connection
Important Safety Notice
DOC is an office communication tool. It is not an emergency response system, medical device, patient-monitoring system, diagnostic tool, or substitute for emergency services.
Notification delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on DOC as the only way to communicate an emergency, time-critical instruction, or information necessary to protect a patient. Maintain and use an independent, established emergency and escalation process.
